Technology Term 2

Hi guys welcome back to another blog post

This weeks blog is about technology term 2. This term I'm in sewing and we are making pillows  at the moment I am making the inside of my pillow.

These are the the steps to make the inside of your pillow:

1. you cut your fabric to make the liner of the inside of your pillow 
2. then you pin the corners together and then you go to your sewing machine and sew 15 inches in and keep at bit open so you can fill it with stuffing.
3. Then you turn it inside out and push The corners out then you iron it 

I'm not sure what you do next cause I'm not up to that part but I'll keep you updated.

Racism is still with us. But it is up to us to prepare our children for what they have to meet, and, hopefully, we shall overcome. T.v was once black and white well all saw the same thing why has it change?

My goals for this term are to get my work done in time and not talk on the mat. I don't know how I'm going to accomplish this but ill try my best. And if I cloud accomplish one of these it would be to get my work down on time.

Cross country

Hi and welcome back to another blog post

On Thursday last week we did cross country. I didn't do it because i cant run that far But ill tell you what i did and how it went. So the first race of the day was year 8 boys and they did really well. The year 7/8 ran 3 ks. And the year 5/6s ran 2 1/2 and the year 3/4 ran 1 1/2 and the year 1/2 ran 1/2 a lap

So the first race of the day was year 8 boys and they did really well, the first 7 got into zones. And then it was the year 8 girls and the same again the first 7 got into zones. And then the year 7 boys the first 7 got into zones. And the last group out of the year 7's was the year 7 boys and once again he first 7 got into zones. Then there was the the rest of the races.

Discrimination art

Hi and welcome back to another blog post.

This week s blog post is about our discrimination art/poster, witch is apart of our PBL driving question with is how can we speak up to discrimination


This is how we made them

1. We made a slogan and a and a symbol 
2. Then e took a picture of our body and got it printed out
3. Them we choose a piece of colour or non coloured paper and stuck our photo on to it 
4. Then we put out slogan and symbol on to it and then decorated it   

 Here is my finishing work 

If you cant read it says
"I'm writing to show what others are fighting, discrimination. Bulling someone because their different  isn't OK, stop and think!"
