This week for Maths we have been working on Using a broad range of strategies to solve multiplication and division problems with whole numbers & decimals- Rounding and Compensation. For this task we had it create a poster and put some Strategies on the poster of decimal problems and Whole number problems and using Multiplication and division.

For this weeks reading workshops we have been working on Identifying some text events and features, and discuss what they make the reader think about. Identifying at least one important idea and justify why it is important. Identifying several ideas, discuss the author's stance or purpose, and understand relationships in the text. Writing task

Hi and welcome back to my blog,

this week for writing we have been writing a short story. My short story was about this light that a girl kept seeing so she walked towards it and something happened anyway i should spoil it. for a create task we had to write the story and then insert a paragraph from our story here is the paragraph I choose 

I tried to touch the light, as I did I couldn't see my hand anymore. It was gone. I quickly took my hand out of what seemed to be a hole. I walked closer but I tripped on something and fell into the light. I woke up and I could see my mum and dad looking at a BABY! Where was I? That looks like my brother but  he looks so young and why is he holding a baby? Oh that's me, I think I went back in time! Wow this is weird maybe if I change the time on my watch it will take me to the future, it didn't work maybe I could find a clock, oh wait something is changing wow that's me right now oh wait its changing again that's my brother and I in the car he's a good driver wait what am I doing why am I driving oh no wait what happened it went black what why is the car upside down did we crash is that my future I need to get out of here.

This week for reading we are doing something different in the hub we are doing different task we had to do three of them here are my three task the first on is making predictions so for this we had to predict what we thought was going to happen next in the story. The second one I did was and acoustic poem and we had to base it on the story that we read. the 3rd on  did was a a-z based on the story we read.

This week's blog is about my maths task. In maths this week we are doing tally charts, for this task we
had to pick 6 or more activities that we had done over lockdown then we had to go onto an online
spinner and spin it 30 or more times, we did this to get our answers. Every time it landed on the same
